***SIDE NOTE FROM ERIC***

The 2021 Freeze hit us pretty hard down here on the lower Texas coast, and though our fishery survived remarkably and is recovering much better than we thought it would, I would like to make a note to clients that through the remainder of 2022 and beginning of 2023 all Speckled Trout will be catch and release. This will help ensure our fishery is strong and healthy for years to come. Some of the best trout years came after the 1983 and 1989 freezes, so we have a lot to look forward to if we do our part!

If you are needing some fresh fish for the table, no problem at all! Redfish are excellent table fare, and we can absolutely find a few for your grill!
